14 Sep 1807 Moses ROUSE and Sarah his wife of Bullitt County KY to William 
SHURLEY of Jefferson County, State aforesaid... for and in consideration of 
the sum of one hundred and sixty six dollars and sixty six cents to them in 
hand paid have bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of Land situate 
lying and being in the county of Bullitt on Cedar Creek ... bounded by Jacob 
BOWEN's 105 1/4 acres...

22 Nov 1806  Samuel BRASHEAR and Hannah his wife of Ohio County and State of 
Kentucky to Moses ROUSE of Bullitt County and State aforesaid for and in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty Dollars current money of 
the State aforesaid to them in hand paid have bargained and sold a certain 
parcil of land situate lying and being in the County of Bullitt on the main 
fork of Cedar Creek, a part of John WHITAKER's one hundred and fifty acre 
tract... bounded by Jacob BOWEN's 103 1/4 acres.
