(no date) 1812 Bullitt Co. Deed Book C p. 24  Peter RICKETS and Mary his wife 
of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky to Jonathan RICKETS of the 
County and State aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of ten 
Dollars to them in hand paid have given granted and sold a certain tract or 
parcel of land Containing three acres lying and being in the County of 
Bullitt and state aforesaid on the waters of Wilsons Creek.
