William Ricketts and Temperance his wife have this day granted, bargained, and sold unto Jos. Milligan all the right title and interest in the land and mill property inherited by them from their father Johnathan Ricketts dec'd being our entire undivided interest in the landed estate of the said Johnathan Ricketts, deceased, lying in the counties of Bullitt and Nelson Kentucky and bein an interest of one twelfth in the said landed estate of the said Johnathan Ricketts dec'd. It is understood that if there is any rents coming to the said William Ricketts the said Joseph Milligan to have the benefit of the same and it is to be paid to him. Samuels clerk of the county court of the aforesaid county do certify that on the ___ day of May 1864 the foregoing deed waas produced to me in my office and acknowledged by William Ricketts and on the 18th day of June 1864 by Temperance Ricketts his wife to be their act and deed and being duly stamped as required by act of Congress the same was ordered to br recorded.
