6 Nov 1805 Bullitt Co. KY Deed Book B p.46  BALDWIN CLIFTON and his wife of Green County and 
State of Kentucky of the one part to James RICHARDSON of the County of Jefferson and State 
aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of forty five pounds current money of 
Kentucky to them in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold the full quantity of three 
hundred and twenty five acres of land lying and being on Either side of the line between 
Bullitt and Jefferson Counties.  Beginning at two white Oaks a corner to WILLIAM WITHERS 
and running with this line ... containing three hundred and twenty five acres more or less.
