21 Jul 1825  Bullitt Co. Deed Book F p. 55  I William RIDGEWAY of the County 
of Bullitt, State of Kentucky have this day for and in consideration of five 
hundred and thirty dollars eighty seven and one half cents to me in hand paid 
bargained, sold and conveyed to John TRUNNELL four head of horses, twelve 
head of cattle, thirty head of hogs, four feather beds and bedsteads with one 
cupboard, four tables and in fact all my house hold and kitchen furniture of 
every description, one man’s saddle and one woman’s saddle, sixteen head of 
geese, two plows and three pair geers with all my farming utinsils of every 
description together with three sacks of wheat and what oats and hay I now 
have growing...  I set my seal this 28th day of July 1825.  The condition of 
the above obligation is such that whearas John TRUNNEL holds my note of hand 
for five hundred and thirty seven dollars and eighty seven and one half cents 
payable two years from this date without security and the same TRUNNELL 
demanding payment of same... if the said William RIDGEWAY shall well and 
truly pay the aforementioned five hundred and thirty seven dollars and eighty 
seven and one half cents within two years the above obligation to be void.
