27 July 1836  Bullitt County KY Deed Book H p. 321 John RAYMON and Margaret 
his wife to John HARDMAN  all of Bullitt County.  For and in consideration of the 
sum of one hundred and twenty dollars to them in hand paid have bargained 
and sold unto the said HARDMAN nineteen acres of land by survey be the same 
more or less situate in Bullitt County on the SOuth side of Salt River.  
Beginning at a Lynn tree on the Bank of the river said to be a corner of 
Gabriel COXE’s  old survey also SHEPHERD’s claime and running with their 
line South...in a line of VAUGHAN’s old survey, now John HARDMAN’s...
