wife of Nelson County to Lloyd B. MAGRUDER of Bullitt County, Kentucky ... 
for and in consideration of the sum of eight hundred dollars... do grant 
bargain, sell and convey a certain tract or parcel of land on Coxes Creek 
containing one hundred and twenty acres...  Beginning at Valentine NICKLES 
corner...  hereby set their hands affixed their seals.
