12 Jan 1827     Bullitt Co. Deed Book F  p. 322  Henry STALLINGS, Lawrence BISHOP and Nancy his wife, 
formerly Nancy TALLINGS, John STALLINGS and Synthia his wife, Samuel STALLINGS and Ann his wife, 
William STALLINGS and Nancy his wife, Richard BRASHEAR and Sally his wife, formerly Sally STALLINGS, 
and Thomas STALLINGS, heirs and representatives of Samuel STALLINGS deceased of the one part to Richard 
JAMES of the other part, all of Bullitt County Kentucky.. that for and in consideration of the sum of 
Four hundred and Eighty dollars lawful money of the united States to us in hand paid have sold and 
conveyed a certain parcell or piece of land lying and being in the County of Bullitt on the waters of 
Salt River containing one hundred acres be the same more or less being the same land that was sold to 
the said Samuel STALLINGS by Umphre SIMMONS and is bounded by a corner of Henry STALLINGS.
