18 August 1816 Bullitt Co. Deed Book D p. 12  THOMAS STEWART of the one part and NATHANIEL 
CLARKE both of the county of Bullitt and State of Kentucky... that for and in consideration 
of the sum of fifty dollars to him in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold a certain 
tract or parcel of land laying and being in this County of Bullitt on the waters of 
Dutchmans Creek and being part of BENJAMIN NEALS thousand acre Survey containing 50 acres by 
survey.
