Deed Book A2 p. 100 I James SIMPSON of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky for and in consideration of Divers good Causes have given bargained and confirmed unto Absalom SIMPSON and do hereby give, bargain and confirm unto my beloved Son Absalom SIMPSON aforesaid two Horses, five head of Cattle, One Plow and two Sets of gears. I also give to Amy SIMPSON One Bed and furniture also one half of the house and kitchen furniture. I also give to my daughter Elizabeth SIMPSON One bed and furniture and the other half of the house and kitchen furniture. To have and to hold to the said. Absalom, Amy & Elizabeth the afores'd Articles of property to them and their heirs forever and the said James SIMPSON doth hereby covenant agree and defend the title of the aforementioned articles of property to the afors'd Absalom, Amy & Elizabeth against the claim of all persons whatsoever. Deed Book A2 p. 101 James SIMPSON of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky of the one part to Thomas SANDERS of the County of Bullitt and State afs'd. of the other part that for and in consideration of Forty Dollars to him in hand paid have given granted sold and confirmed a Parcel of Ground lying Situate being in the town of Shepherdsville in the County of Bullitt and known by the name of (blotted but looks like Number Sixth or Ninety Sixth) upon Water Street in plan of said town containing Ninety Nine feet ------ front and one hundred and thirty Eight Feet nine Inches back.
