N. MORGAN - see deed recorded in book D p. 513 dated 11 Mar 1822 conveyed to said DOZIER by Peter SWEETS 12 Dec 1820 in deed book D p. 459. Sold to SWEETS by Adam SHEPHERD deed dated 21 Sep 1818. Deed Bk H p. 92 I Sarah SHANKLIN, widow and devisee of Richard SHANKLIN dec’d for divers good causes and considerations... doth nominate, constitute and appoint Jane HOUSTON of Bullitt Co. my true and lawful attorney and in my name to sign my name to a bond given me on the decree of the Bullitt Co. Circuit Court in my name against the heirs of Richard SHANKLIN for the selling of my interest and the interest of the heirs in a tract of land in Bullitt Co. and a tract of 500 acres in Washington Co.
