DICKEY and Elizabeth Jane DICKEY his wife, late Elizabeth Jane JAMES, daughter of Richard JAMES deceased of the first part to Otho B. JAMES, William H. (?) JAMES and John R. JAMES brothers of said Elizabeth Jane JAMES of the second part all of Bullitt County Kentucky. For and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars cash in hand hath granted, bargained and sold the right title and interest of said Elizabeth Jane DICKEY of in and to her father Richard JAMES Estate consisting of three tracts of land in Bullitt County one of which was purchased by said Richard JAMES of Samuel STALLINGS heirs, another of Richard BRASHEAR and wife and the third of Lewis SMYSER and wife all of which deeds are recorded in Bullitt County Court Clerk's office also one Negro Boy Jack about nineteen years also the interest of all the personal Estate of which the said Richard JAMES died seized and possessed including the property now in the possession of Mary JAMES, widow of said Richard JAMES dec'd including all the rents and hires of said Elizabeth JAMES interest in said Estate.
