Bullitt County Deed Book M  p. 195
Whereas WILLIAM WATERS departed This life possessed of Two Tracts of land in Bullitt County 
on the waters of Wilsons Creek, the first containing one hundred and fifty acres purchased 
of JAMES WILLIAMS by deed recorded in Deed Book A p. 405, the other Containing 250 acres 
purchased of SAMUEL SMYTHE per deed recorded in Deed Book C p. 465 and both in the Bullitt 
County Court Office and since SAMUEL WATERS has sold to HEZEKIAH B. WATERS his interest in 
said land as per bond dated 28 Apr 1840 and ELIZABETH BEARD has sold her interest to 
JONATHAN RICKETTS as per dated ____ (left blank) and MARY KENDALL and JAMES KENDALL her 
husband have sold their Interest to CHARLES DUVALL per bond dated 13 May 1835 and JULY B. 
SAMUELS and WILLIAM SAMUELS her husband have sold their Interest to said CHARLES DUVALL per 
bond dated 19 March 1835 and HARRIETT SAMUELS and RICHARD SAMUELS her husband have sold 
their interest to CHARLES DUVALL and join in this deed to Convey to ELLEN WATERS has sold 
her interest to CHARLES DUVALL, HEZEKIAH B. WATERS is also  entitled to one interest in his 
own right, LUCY DUVALL, wife of CHARLES DUVALL, one interest and WILLIAM WATERS and SUSAN 
WATERS each one interest and JONATHAN RICKETTS, HEZEKIAH B. WATERS, CHARLES DUVALL & Wife 
and WILLIAM WATERS and SUSAN WATERS now entitled to the whole of said land have divided the 
same giving to JONATHAN RICKETTS 40 acres, to HEZEKIAH B. WATERS 80 acres, to CHARLES DUVALL 
208 acres and to WILLIAM and SUSAN WATERS Jointly  51 acres. 

Now This Indenture Witnesseth that all the parties hereto do hereby sell unto HEZEKIAH B. 
WATERS a tract or parcel of land which is in full of his interests in said Tracts 
aforesaid... the land bounded by RICKETTS line.
