23 Nov 1852  Bullitt Co. Deed Book N p. 7  CHRISTOPHER O達RIAN and SOPHRONIA O達RIAN 
his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky to JOSEPH P. SIMMONS of the 
same County and State... for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and 
seventy five dollars cash in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold all that tract 
or parcel of land lying and being on Buffaloe Run, the same on which WILLIAM LUTES now 
lives and same deeded by JAMES COMBS and wife to WILFORD LEE by deed dated 23 March 
1842 and recorded Deed Book I p. 489, Bullitt Co. Court office, the same decreed and 
sold at Oct. Term 1852 of Bullitt Circuit Court to satisfy decree in favor of WILFORD 
LEE痴 admors. against said O達RIAN.
