COLEMAN of the county and state aforesaid. For and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid have given granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Bullitt County on the waters of the West fork of Coxe's Creek....
