7 Jul 1825  Bullitt County Deed Book F p. 190  James TAYLOR and Keturah his 
wife of the county of Campbell, State of Kentucky of the one part to Simeon 
HARRIS and John CLARK of the County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky of the 
other part... for and in consideration of the sum of fifty five dollars in 
Commwealth Bank Notes to them in hand paid... grant, bargain, sell unto the 
said Simeon HARRIS and John CLARK a certain tract or parcel lying in the 
County of Bullitt, State of Kentucky being part of a Survey in the name of 
David LEITCHE for fourteen thousand acres... (could not find acreage for the 
tract actually being sold)... bordering lands of David HALL on McCullock's 
Run and the lands of Simeon HALL.
