BROWN and Clarissa BROWN his wife, John RIDGEWAY and Mahala his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part to Henry TRUNNELL of the same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said BROWN and wife and the said RIDGEWAY and wife for the consideration of Fifty dollars each to them in hand paid doth grant bargain and sell all the undivided interest in the estate of John TRUNNELL dec'd, who was the Father of said Clarissa and Mahala which interests is the one thirteenth part of said estate which interest here sold is one hundred and five acres of land lying in the County of Bullitt on the waters of Floyds Fork and is the same on which the said John TRUNNELL lived and died. Two Negroes, one old woman, Hannah about sixty Years of age, one negro boy named Coleman about twenty five years of age and all interest in in slaves now in the possession or under the control of Cordelia BRASHEAR, purchased by the said John TRUNNELL our father, of Otho BRASHERE, and also one interest in the money or debts for which the personal property of said decedent John TRUNNELL sold for and all heirs of Negroes and rents of land since the death of said decedent, be the same more or less as any so appertaining unto the said Henry TRUNNELL his heirs and RIDGEWAY and wife, subject however to the dower right of Mrs. Eliza TRUNNELL, the widow of John TRUNNELL, dec'd.
