KY Deed Book G p. 481 BAZE THURMAN and Margaret THURMAN his wife of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky of the one part to MARTIN ALLEN of the Town of Mt. Washington, Bullitt County and FLOYD PARKS of Jefferson County and State aforesaid of the other part... that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty dollars good and lawful money of the United States in hand paid have granted bargained and sold two lots of ground situate lying and being in the town of Mt. Washington on the north side of the main street which runs eastwardly and Westwardly through said Town and numbered thirty one and thirty five containing one half acre each more or less, reference is had to the deed from DAVID R. DRAKE, Guardian to CHRISTOPHER HOUGH to said BAZE THURMAN for greater certainty which deed is recorded in the Clerk’s office of Bullitt Co. Court.
