2 Nov 1811 Bullitt Co. Deed Book C p. 33  JOHN LEEWRIGH and CATY  his wife of the 
County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part to CALEB WISE of the County 
and State aforesaid... that for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars 
to them in hand paid have given granted bargained and sold all that tract of Land 
lying in the said County of Bullitt on the Waters of Coxes Creek and bounded by corner 
of JOHN WHITTEAKERS 150 acre tract.

14 Jan 1817 Bullitt County Deed Book C p. 378  JOHN LEEWRIGHT and Catharine his wife 
of the one part to SAMUEL BURCH all of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky... 
for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and eight dollars good and lawfull 
money of Kentucky in hand paid do grant bargain and sell a certain tract or parcel of 
land containing one hundred and twelve acres of land being part of a 500 acre survey 
and lying part in in Bullitt County and part in Nelson County...bounded by MUDS 
Survey.

7 June 1847  Bullitt County Deed Book L p.120 CALEB WISE of Bullitt Co. KY of the one 
part and RICHARD A. WISE, his brother, of the same place of the other part... that 
whereas said CALEB WISE PURCHASED the Tract of about 125 3/4 acres of Land where he 
lived at Comr. Sale under Decree Bullitt Circuit Court in the Case of ESAU SIMMONS 
heirs by Petition for the sum of $500 in the year 1845 and said RICHARD A. WISE was 
interested in said purchase and has paid half the purchase money towit $350 and I am 
to make said brother a deed for his undivided half of said Tract so purchased ... the 
land lays on Salt River in Bullitt County, South side thereof and adjoining the lands 
of ELISHA SIMMONS  & JOS. GREENWELL.  In Consideration of the premises I said CALEB 
WISE do hereby convey and confirm to said RICHARD A. WISE and to his heirs forever 
this undivided moiety of said 125 3/4 acres of land & appurtenances.
