Deed Book A2 p. 250 HENRY WOOD and PATIENCE his Wife of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part to SAMUEL BIRD of the said County and State of the other part. That for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds to them in hand paid hath given granted bargained and Sold a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being Situated in the County aforesaid on the Waters of Crooked Creek containing one hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less being part of a Survey made in the name of MATTHEW WALTON and bounded as follows Viz.
