12 Apr 1845  Bullitt Co. Deed Book K  p. 398   Sophia L. WITHERS of Bullitt 
County and state of Kentucky to James DEACON Jr. of the aforesaid county and 
state... for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty nine Dollars fifty 
Cents currency to her in hand paid have granted, bargained and sold a certain 
tract or parcel of Land lying in the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky 
on the head waters of Cedar Creek adjoining the place on which said DEACON 
now resides and being a part of the FUQUAY 550 acre tract bounded on the 
norther and western side by said DEACON’s line and on the E. by George 
WELLER’s line ... and south and west by the big road leading to 
Shepherdsville and Bardstown containing nineteen and three quarter acres.
