Witnessetht that whereas in a suit in Chancery in the Bullitt Circuit Court upon the petition of David WILSON, guardian to his infant children William WILSON, Francis WILSON, John WILSON and James WILSON, the said Court upon hearing the petition exhibits and proof, did on the 11 day of July 1840 order and and decree the sale of the undivided interest of the said defts. infants, in and to two tracts of land, one of which lies in Spencer County on the waters of Salt river Containing about one hundred and fifty acres, the other lying and being in the County of Bullitt on the waters of Salt River containing One hundred acres and David WILSON was appointed by said Court as Commissioner to make sale of same, which has been done and John HALL became the purchaser for the sum of Four hundred and Eighty dollars, which sale has been confirmed by said Court.
