That for and in Consideration of One Hundred and thirty eight dollars 40 Cents to them in hand paid have granted bargained and Sold a Certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County aforesaid on the waters of Plumb Creek Containing Seven acres, three roods and 26 Poles and bounded by the edge of the County Road leading from Shepherdsville to Frankfort. Zealy WILLIAMS Jr. shouldn’t have been old enough to get married then so it must be Sr.) I have no clue who Elizabeth was before she married Mr. Dinwiddie. 16 March 1835 Bullitt County Deed Book H p. 183 JAMES SMOCK and REBECCA his wife of Monroe County, Indiana of the first part to ZEALY WILLIAMS of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky... for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars in hand paid has granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Bullitt county Kentucky on the waters of Broad run and bounded by COLLINGS and POUND's line... then to a stone corner to PARRIS.
