WELLER and Mandana his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky to Julius C. JAMES of county and state aforesaid... for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars current money of the united states to the said WELLER in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky supposed to contain one hundred acres be the same more or less. Beginning at TILFORD's South Eastwardly corner of two sugar trees...to WELLER's line and corner... being the tract of land which was conveyed by Nathan HARRIS and wife to Elisha JAMES and by him Mortgaged to Jacob BOWEN and conveyed to Jacob BOWEN by Frederick G.
