      Matthew WALTON to Henry YOUNGER
      
           This indenture made this 24 Feb 1802 between Matthew WALTON of...
      Washington ....the one part and Henry YOUNGER of... Bullitt ... of the
      other part witnesseth that the said Matthew WALTON for ....43 pounds
      15 shillings to him in hand paid the receipt of which is fully
      acknowledged have granted .... said Henry YOUNGER his heirs and assigns
      one certain tract.... containing 175 1/2 acres ....in Bullitt...on the
      waters of Crooked Creek a part of survey in the name of said WALTON and
      bounded as follows to wit Beginning at William SHAINS's corner poplar and
      white oak thence with his line N 5 W 259 poles to a white oak thence N 25
      E 48 poles to a white oak and beech thence N 76 E 48 poles to two white
      oaks thence S 10 E 11 to COLLINS's corner two white oaks and poplar and
      course continued with COLLINS and PURSELL's line in all 310 poles to
      Simmon's corner of two beeches thence with Simmons's line S 85 W 110 poles
      to the beginning.  To have and to hold the said parcel with appurtenances
      ...if any better....claim appears....WALTON only binds himself to refund

           This indenture...18 Feb 1804 between Robert SAMUELS of Bullitt ....of
      the first part, and Henry YOUNGER of Bullitt....of the second part.  First
      part for ... 107 pounds and 10 shillings to him in hand...has bargained
      and sold to second part a parcel of land containing by survey 124 acres in
      Bullitt Co...on waters of Crooked Creek, a part of the survey in the name
      of Matthew WALTON, bounded .... Beginning at 4 white oaks in Harris line N
      85 E 237 poles to poplar and white oak, thence N 5 W 106 poles to white
      oak on the side of knob, then with knobs S 25 W 36 to a poplar thence S 64
      W 34 poles to post oak thence N 25 W ?? to beech, thence S 50 W 110 poles
      to two chestnut oaks thence N 63 W 30 poles to 3 white oaks thence S 25 W
      90 poles to Harris's corner to white oaks thence with his line S 25 E 9
      poles to beginning to have and to hold said parcel......conveyed on a
