BUKEY´s Heirs On the 5th day of March 1866 as directed in this order MYRON S. COMBS, CHARLES LEE & MINOR HALL met at the house of Mrs. EVELINE BUKEY, the place designated in this order and took the oath required by law to well and truly divide the lands, the Surveyor of Bullitt County being present at the time. ... for the purpose of laying off the dower of EVALINE BUKEY, widow of JOHN W. BUKEY Dec´d and dividing the balance or remainder of the tract of land on which said JOHN W. BUCKEY lived before his death we proceeded and met at the house of EVALINE BUCKY on the 5th day of March 1866 and laid off the Dower to said EVALINE BUKY which includes all the Buildings and improvements and is bounded by a corner to MARY CRIST´S heirs...and a line to the RODOLPHUS BUKY tract of 342 acres...corner to the PURDY tract sold to (Amon) SHECKLES...also corner to 7 1/4 acres conveyed by H. CRIST to PATSY ROBY... containing 129 acres. After laying off the dower divided the land between the heirs or children of said JOHN W. BUCKY deceased as follows: To AMERICA BUCKY, BEVERLY BUCKY, CHARLES BUCKY, EVELINE BUCKY & LILLY BUKY they being the children of JOHN W. BUCKEY dec´d born by his last wife EVALINE BUKEY the following Boundary being the ballance or residue of the RODOLPHUS BUKY tract... corner to MARY CRIST´s heirs.. to ASH´s corner... to Thomas DACON´s tract... Containing 213 acres. We also allotted to the above named five Heirs one hundred acres purchased by their father of THOMAS DACON reference of the boundary of said hundred acres recorded in the Bullitt Co. Deed Book O p. 162 We also allotted to the above named 5 heirs fifty three acres purchased by their father of MARTIN BOLTON referenced in Bullitt Co. Deed Book O p. 580/581 containing 360 acres. And to WILLIAM BUKEY, JOHN BUKEY, JULIUS BUKEY & SARAH BUKEY we allotted the JAMES BOLTON tract they also being the children of Said JOHN W. BUKEY dec´d born by his first wife AMERICA and divided the same between them as follows To JULIUS BUKEY & SARAH BUKEY we allotted Lot #1 by request of P. B. SAMUELS their guardian we laid off said two interests in one boundary, Said boundary included all the JAMES BOLTON tract and a portion of the CARTMEL tract and bounded by a line of RODOLPHUS BUKEYs tract.. also corner to MARTIN BOLTON´s tract... to the said MARTIN BOLTON´s Corner in WM. CRENSHAW´s line and the original line of TOM HINSEN (?)s 500 acres... thence with COAT´S line... thence to a corner of JOHN BUKEY... thence to the old CARTMELL line... to a stake corner to 7 1/4 acres conveyed by H. CRIST to PATSEY ROBY a portion of which is included in the survey... to a corner of PURDY or SHECKLES tract...and the corner to EVALINE BUCKEY´s Dower the and the division of the first named five children ... to the beginning containing One hundred and Eighteen acres. To JOHN BUKEY we allotted lot No. 2 part of the CARTMELL tract... corner to WM. BUKEY´s Lot in WM. CRENSHAW´s line... corner to JULIA and SARAH BUKEY Containing 28 acres. To. WM. BUKEY we allotted Lot #3 part of the CARTMELL tract .... bordered by WM. CRENSHAW´s corner containing 30 acres I will here remark the commissioners did not run the out line of the several tracts, the BOLTON tracts and the CARTMELL tract having been formerly Surveyed by me and the old RODOLPHUS BUKEY tract was surveyed by SCHULBY ...
