Court Orders, Book F, page 111 20 August 1832 William CHAPPELL a Citizen of Bullitt County this day produced in open Court a petition and affidavit for a pension agreeably to the provisions of an act of Congress of the 7th June 1832 to which he made oath in open Court which is certified and also produced the affidavit of Jesse CHAPPELL and Hugh LUSK of said County which affidavit was sworn to in open Court by the said LUSK & CHAPPELL all of which is certified to the proper department
