Court Orders, Book F, page 116 17 September 1832 Samuel HORNBECK a Citizen of Bullitt County this day filed in Court his petition and affidavit for a pension agreeably to an act of Congress of June 1832 to which he made oath in open Court which is certified and also the affidavit thereto attached of Jesse WILLIAMS, Jacob PEACOCK, Henry CRIST and Benjamin SIMMONS to which they made oath in open Court which is ordered to be Certified to the proper department
