KY Court Orders, Book G, page 355 17 February 1845 Satisfactory proof was this day made in open Court by the Oaths of Austin HALL & George W. CRUMBAUGH that Jenny HALL, one of the heirs of Thomas OVERSTREET Sr. decd departed this life on the 20th day of Decem'r 1840 and that she was the identical Jenny HALL named in an original Certificate of Pension now here Shewn to the Court dated the 16 Dec'r 1837 No 1646 Sygned J.R. POINSETT Secretary of War granting to the heirs of said Thomas OVERSTREET recorded are in No (blank) Jenny HALL being one, a pension of eighty Dollars per annum from the 4th day of March 1831 to the 4th day of April 1832.
