Miles Gent It is ordered by the Court to be Certified and recorded that it Satisfactorially appers to them that Samm'l Smyth was a Surgeon in the Virginia Continental line in the War of the Revolution and that he died in the County of Bullitt intestate in the fall of the year 1832 before the 3rd Monday in Octo leaving no wife or children or child and that Samml Smyth and William Smyth are the only two children of Adam Smyth dec'd and only Mother of sd Sam'l Smyth ded'd and that said Sam'l & Wm Smyth the nephew of sd Samml Smyth dec'd are his only heirs at law Robert F. Samuels Esq a member of Court Protests in Court ag't said order & proof
