Court Orders, Book G, page 196 16 November 1841 It was this day proven in open Court by the oath of James SAMUELS known to the Court, that Isaac SKINNER dec'd was the pensioner named in the original Pension Certificate syned Lew CASS Sec War dated 9 Augst 1833 for for $23 - 33 per year - was the same man therein mentioned, that said Isaac SKINNER died the 6th day of Octer (October) 1841 in this County and left the following children & heirs viz Richard SKINNER, Elizabeth now wife of Francis FOSTER, Addy SKINNER, Zelpha married to Nathen BRAMEL, Milly married to Wm ARNOLD, Margaret married to James ARNOLD, & Charly SKINNER - and all of age - and that Richard SKINNER his son is the admns of the Estate of said Isaac SKINNER decd authorised to collect the Estate of said decedent
