It gives recognition to the soldiers of Bullitt Co that lost their lives during the first World War. Below is the information inscribed on the plaque as it is embellished: " 1917 - 1918 In memory of the Bullitt County Heroes who gave their lives in the Great World War. Charles MILAM David M.
