An Unusual Family The following children whose parents were John and Minerva Lloyde(I don't know why they added that e on Lloyd...anyways....) should have a reunion each year as but few if any family in the county can boast of such a fortunate record. These eight children were all the children born to Mr. and Mrs. Lloyde and they are as follows Miss Saillie Lloyde became Mrs. William Stallings and is living in Charleston, Mo. Miss Mollie Lloyde who the widow of John Bridwell and lives in the county near Mt. Washington. Miss Fannie Lloyde who is the widow of John Hall and lives in the Mt. Washington vicinity. Miss Erastus Lloyde now the widow of Henry Bell and living at Okalona. Robert L. Lloyde with his wife who was Miss Ann Hall live on the farm on Floyds Fork in the Pleasant Grove section. Miss Lulah Lloyde who is now Mrs. R.F. Owen and lives near Pleasant Grove Church. John W. Lloyde who married Miss Roxie Ridgway and they also live near Pleasant Grove. Miss Anna Lloyde who is now Mrs. Oscar Owen and lives on Mt. Washington road near Bethel school houiwe. We consider this very remarkable as the youngest one of these is past 54. Again...I don't have a date or newspaper for this...Lulah Lloyd is my great-grandmother...her husband is Richard Felix Owen.
