June 17, 1955

Lawrence A. Bowman, (colored) passed away May 27, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He was 81 
years, 2 months and 3 days old.  He was born in Shepherdsville, Kentucky  March 24, 1874.  

He leaves a wife; twin brother, Richard Bowman;sister, Letitia Davis and four nieces. 

His remains were laid to rest in Floral Park Cemetery, May 31 in Indianapolis, Indiana, 
where he lived for many years.
