     Frances Lee Barbour White, 69, of Bowling, died on Sunday, Aug 15, 1999. She was a 
native of Bullitt County, the daughter of Homer and Mary Jo Sims Barbour.
      She was preceded in death by her husband, Halbert White; and one brother, Kenneth 
Barbour.  She was a retired secretary from the Grayson County Board of Education and a 
member of English St. Baptist Church.  
     She was survived by one daughter, Barbara Payton of Bowling Green; one sister, Florence 
Hickman of Bardstown; a son-in-law, Carl Payton of Bowling Green; and one grandson, Timothy 
Payton of Bowling Green.
     Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Aug 18, at Watson & Hunt Funeral Directors in 
Leitchfield.  Burial was in Woodson Cemetery in Leitchfield.
