Myrtle Coy, 91, of Shepherdsville, died Sunday at Humana Hospital- Audubon. She was the 
former Myrtle Geary, a native of Butler County and a member of Happiness Way Baptist Church.
Survivors: a daughter, Bonnie Underwood of Shepherdsville; four sons, Charles J. Evans of 
Warner Robins, Ga., Jesse J. Evans of Morgantown, Lester R. and Victor Coy, both of 
Shepherdsville; a sister, Courtney Pharris of Morgantown; 18 grandchildren; and 21 
great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, Hardy-Close Funeral Home, Shepherdsville. 
Burial: Mount Eden Cemetery. Visitation: after 9 a.m. Monday.
