Vivian T. Crenshaw, 80, died Friday at Suburban Medical Center. She was the former Vivian 
Tinsley, a native of Bullitt County, a retired employee of the Kentucky Human Resources 
Cabinet in Frankfort and a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors: her husband, Gilbert Crenshaw; three daughters, Gayle Justis of St. Louis, Robin 
Rohde of Pensacola, Fla., and June Weaver; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Burial: Kings 
Baptist Church Cemetery, Bullitt County. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Monday. Memorial gifts: the 
church.
