Mattie Pauline Fulkerson, 73, of Mount Washington, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2000, at her 
residence. She was the former Mattie Pauline Houk, a native of Canmer, a homemaker and a 
member of Fern Creek Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Fulkerson; a daughter, Anita Hasting of Shepherdsville; 
three sons, David Fulkerson and James Fulkerson, both of Mount Washington and Danny 
Fulkerson of Taylorsville; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. today at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mount 
Washington. The Rev. Robert Gill will officiate. Interment will be in Highland Memory 
Gardens in Mount Washington. Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice of Louisville.
McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
