Mr HEFFLEY was born and reared in Belmont, was a hard working and saving man, and was what the world would call a self made man, no education and a father not able to give him any financial help to speak of, he arose from a very poor boy to the ownership of considerable property during his lifetime. He is survived by his widow, three sons, three daughters, three brothers, one sister, and many other relatives and friends. His funeral was held at Bullitt Lick Church and Cemetery, Tuesday Afternoon January 18, 1944.
