She leaves a husband, one sister, eight children and thirty five grand children to mourn her loss. She was a loving wife and mother, and was respected by all who knew her. She was a member of Cedar Grove Methodist church which she joined many years ago. For many years she has been lingering with that dreaded disease tuberculosis, but at last god called and she was released. ( We miss thee from thy home dear mother, We miss thee from thy place, A shadow o'er our life is cast, We miss the sunshine of thy face. We miss the kind and willing hand Thy fond and earnest care. Our home is dark without thee, We miss thee everywhere. A precious one from us is gone, A voice we loved is stilled, A place is vacant in our home Which never can be filled. A Granddaughter) The Bullitt News Friday March 26 1909
