He was a native of Jefferson County, a retired employee of Ford Motor Co. and a Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Shelton; three daughters, Missy Russell and Kathy Laha, both of Mount Washington and Sue Thrasher of Florida; one son, David Keen of Bowling Green; his mother Mrs. Charles Keen of Elizabethtown; two sisters; Linda Faye Robinson and Norma Jean Sharrard; two brothers, Glenn Keen and Gary Keen; six granddaughters; three grandsons; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 19, at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mount Washington with the Rev. William H. Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Washington Cemetery.
