  Bertha R. MOORE, 71 died on Thursday, March 18, 1999, at Norton Southwest Hospital in 
Louisville.   She was the former Bertha R. HAZELWOOD, a native of Bullitt County, a former 
secretary for the Cabinet of Human Resources in Louisville, where she worked for 27 years,
and a Pentecostal.
  She is survived by one son, C.L. McCUBBINS of Louisville; one daughter, Daranell MATHIS of 
Louisville; her companion Donald HENDERSON of Louisville; three stepsons, Daniel E MOORE of 
Shepherdsville, Mark and Danny HENDERSON, both of Louisille; two stepdaughters, Donna M.
THORTON and Genna HENDERSON; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home 
in Shepherdsville with the Rev. Rusty WATSON officiating.  Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery 
in Hebron Estates.
