Welsh RUEDELL (DUNN) ALDRIDGE, 76, of Shepherdsville, died on Saturday, March 20, 1999, at Alliant Medical Pavilion. She was a housekeeper with Methodist Hospital. She was a member of Mount Zion Pentecostal Church. She is survived by one son, Monty ALDRIDGE, one daughter, Martha BIGGERS; one sister, Irene GOSSETT; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, at Evergreen Funeral Home in Louisville. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery. ================================================ F.E. "Red" DEACON, 85, of Mount Washington, died on Saturday, May 25, 1996, at Cypress Manor Nursing Home in Fort Meyers, Fla. He was a native of Nelson County, a retired elevator mechanic for Cedar Elevator Co., a member of the Salt River Masonic Lodge 180 and a member of New Salem Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter, Gleta BARTH of Lehigh Acres, Fla.; three sons, Eddie DEACON of Mount Washington, Gerald DEACON of Vine Grove and Larry DEACON of Okolona; two sisters, Violet ROBY and Nancy CRENSHAW, both of Bardstown; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Friday, May 31, at McFarland-Troutman Funeral Home in Mount Washington with Bob Devore officiating and Myrtle Fidler playing the organ Burial was in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington. Memorial gifts may take the form of contributions to the Bullitt County Animal Shelter or any Humane Society. ================================================ Marvin CRENSHAW, 90, of Mount Washington, died on Friday, June 4, 1999, at Green Meadows Health Care Center. He was a native of Spencer County, a retired farmer, a member of Riverview Baptist Church, He was preceded in death by one grandson, Damon PAYNE; his parents Thomas and Lilly Foreman CRENSHAW; his brothers, Edgar, Dennis, Ade, Lee and Coleman CRENSHAW; and his sister, Daisy Dean RICKMAN. He is survived by his wife, the former Sylvia McGILL; three daughters, Janice SANDERS of Cox's Creek, Joyce PAYNE and Elaine HAMMOND, both of Mount Washington; one son, Dean CRENSHAW of Bloomfield; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 7, at McFarland-Troutman Funeral Home in Mount Washington with Bro. Charles Frazier officiating. Burial was in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington. Memorial gifts may take the form of contributions to the Riverview Baptist Church Building Fund.
