Claud Leon NUTT, 90 of Mount Washington, died on Saturday, June 24, 2000 at Baptist Hospital 
East.

He was a native of Bullitt County a retired farmer and carpetner and a Baptist.

He was a survivor of the 1917 Shepherdsville train Wreck.

He was preceded in death by one son, Van NUTT and his parents Daniel and Estella HARRIS 
NUTT.

He is survived by his wife, the former Ruby DICKEY, four sons, Lyndol NUTT of 
Shepherdsville, Donnie, Glenn and Danny NUTT of Mt. Washington, three daughters Darlene 
FOREMAN, Fonda HARROD, and Mable SWEARINGEN, all of Mt. WAshington.  one sister, Susan 
JOHNSON of Shepherdsville.

Funeral services were held at 2pm June 27, 2000. Mt. Washington Cemetery.
