Harold Owen, 82, of Mount Washington, died Thursday at his home. He was a native of Bullitt 
County, a retired water superintendent for Mount Washington, a former mechanic for Central 
Chevrolet in Mount Washington and a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Survivors: his wife, 
the former Betty Cox; sons Marion and Dennis Owen; a daughter, Vickie Lynn Grigsby; a 
brother, Bobby Owen; a sister, Ernestine Moody; nine grandchildren; and nine 
great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday, McFarland-Troutman, Mount Washington. Burial: 
Mount Washington Cemetery. Visitation: 6-9 p.m. Friday, 3:30-9 p.m. Saturday and after 10 
a.m. Sunday. Memorial gifts: American Heart Association.
