Obituary: Viola Perkins, 69, of Mount Washington, died Monday at Hospice of Louisville's 
inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. She was the former owner of the old Farmer's 
Restaurant in Floyds Fork, a distributor for New Image and a member of Calvary Christian 
Center in Mount Washington. Survivors: her husband, Stanley Perkins; a son, Terry Wayne 
Perkins; daughters Bonnie Armstrong, Betty Roby and Connie Bacon; nine grandchildren; and 
seven great-grandchildren. Funeral: 3 p.m. Wednesday, Schmid, Mount Washington. Burial: 
Highland Memory Gardens, Mount Washington. Visitation: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 
a.m. Wednesday. Memorial gifts: Hospice of Louisville.
