Buryl Hall Porter, 89, of Mount Washington, died Wednesday at Baptist Hospital East.
She was a native of Bullitt County, a retired Bullitt County school teacher with 33 years 
service and a member of Bullitt County Retired Teachers Association and First Baptist Church 
in Mount Washington.Survivors: three daughters, Evelyn Proctor and Jeanne Chancellor, both 
of Mount Washington, and Daphney Combs of Palm Harbor, Fla.; a sister, Ernestine Harris of 
Hixson, Tenn.; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, 
McFarland-Troutman Funeral Home, Mount Washington. Burial: Highland Memory Gardens, Mount 
Washington. Visitation after 10 a.m. Friday.
