Survived by 3 daughters : Elizabeth (Marie) Smith, of Sebring FLA, Carolyn HOAGLAND and Bernice GREENWELL of Shepherdsville, and one son, Russell SMITH of Shepherdsville. 4 grand and 3 great-grandchildren. Burial Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington. Pioneer News, Sept 1988 Russell SMITH 69, of Shepherdsville, died Monday September 14, 1988 at Audubon Hospital. He was a retired Equipment Operator for the State Highway Garage, and an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Survivors, one son, Tommy SMITH, of Shepherdsville, and three sisters, Bernice GREENWELL, Sally (Carolyn) SMITH of Shepherdsvile, and Marie SMITH, of Florida. Body cremated.
