BROWN are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of fifty pounds current money to be paid to the said Commonwealth to which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs execs and admins jointly and severally by these present sealed with our seals and dated this 4th day of February 1821. The condition of this obligation is, that if there is no Lawful cause to obstruct a marriage intended to be solumnized shortly between the above bound Joseph TEWEL and miss Eliza WILMOUTH daughter of George WILMOTH then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force Joseph (X) TEWEL (seal) Marshall T.
