Know all men by these presents that we Samuel WILMOUTH and Cornelius
RIGHTMIRE are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky 
in the sum of fifty pounds current money  to be paid to the said
Commonwealth to which payment well and truly to be made we bind
ourselves our heirs execs and admins jointly and severally by these 
presents sealed with our seals and dated this 20 day of August 1827.
The condition of this obligation is such that if there should be no
lawful cause to obstruct a marriage intended to be solemnized shortly
between the above bound  Samuel WILMOUTH and Miss Eliza RIGHTMIRE
daughter of the above bound Cornelius RIGHTMIRE  he giving his permiss
then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force
